My bad.
You would have to unzip it THEN dkpg -i
Command to unzip: tar zxvf
OOo_3.2.0_LinuxIntel_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz. I copied the download
link from the website. Im sorry I should have checked.

Maxime, have you actually tried that? If you had, you would have gotten:
$ sudo dpkg -i OOo_3.2.0_LinuxIntel_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz
dpkg-deb: `OOo_3.2.0_LinuxIntel_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz' is not a
debian format archive
dpkg: error processing OOo_3.2.0_LinuxIntel_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz
(--install):
subprocess dpkg-deb --control returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
OOo_3.2.0_LinuxIntel_install_en-US_deb.tar.gz
