Please elaborate on the lack of basic understanding that you're 
referring to?  And before you answer, you might want to check out my

As I have mentioned before, I have recreated this myself, and I gave the 
steps to recreate this at the top of this thread.  Additionally, issue 
191119 shows that others have had this same issue.
