Never heard of that before. Anyway, I cleaned my computer a couple
of days ago with an air-can, blowing away the dust. I was in sunlight,
so I could easily see all the dust leaving the machine.

Vacuums tend to build up static electricity, so I wouldn't recommend
that. Even if you're not in direct contact, the electricity can 'jump', and
cause damage.
