F10 key does not work in Wine executed app

It's possible that something has grabbed F10 as a global shortcut key.
Does anything happen when you press it?
You can also launch 'xev' in a terminal and see if it gets keyboard
events when you press F10. If you see the events, then it's not a
global shortcut problem, but something to do with wine or TESCS.exe.
If you don't see the events, look for a key binding.
