Touchpad stoped scrolling after update in 10.04

Hi,

I'm running KDE. In System Settings -> Mouse and Keyboard -> Touchpad, 
vertical scrolling is enabled. The touchpad configurations were indeed 
disabled before the upgrade to beta 1 and are now enabled, but it 
doesn't seem to work.
