Yes, that is a change from the button guy. While he proclaimed the right
side is a feature not a bug he did switch the order. I got Ubuntu Tweak so
mine are on the right anyway.

that doesn't answer why they are different. Are the software sources set up
the same. The default is LTS. I think I switched to normal for
update rather than CD install. So if your update-manager install is the
newest that makes sense.
