Distribution Upgrade Help Needed

Ken,

   No Administration menu under System.

   Getting back to the original reason for this exercise, I see that OO.o is
still version 2.4. In the package manager it appears that each OO.o
component is listed rather than the whole thing as a single choice. How do I
upgrade this one application? Version 2.4 is quite old as 3.1.1 is now out.
