Just updated & System|Administration shows (and has) both:

Add/Remove Applications (the original - thank goodnes)
Ubuntu Software Store

and in Synaptic: software-center (0.4.0). Installing removes
software-store (0.3.10).
  Wonder why they didn't just auto change with the updates?
