Apache failing to start at startup

Hi,

A couple of weeks back, presumably after an update, apache started
failing to start after a shutdown.

A lot of the time I suspend. so I'm not sure precisely when it broke.

Checking the logs, there is nothing indicating a failure. Which, I guess,
also indicate it's not trying to start. Equally, it is marked to
start in all runlevels.

When I start it from the desktop, it starts just fine.

Any ideas?
