Looking for a program to capture you-tube style video

So now you don't use a PC anymore? What do you use instead? Cell
phone? Mac? I think most Ubuntu users installed Ubuntu on their PC. In
fact I think that almost 100% of us did that…

Actually I suspect that when you say PC, you actually mean Windows, am I right?

VLC should be able to do the trick, but I am not sure how… I think I
did something like that a few years ago, but later when I tried it
again, I failed…
