Why NX?? Re: remote desktop problem

Sorry, I pushed 'Send' too quickly.  Given that you already have openssh
installed  & can already ssh into the target machine I'll skip that
step. Go to:

http://www.nomachine.com/download-package.php?Prod_Id=1169

and download the client, node, and server. Put those in a folder name NX
so you don't forget where they are. Then using Nautilus (Places), double
click and install in this order: client, node, server. Do the same on
the the target machine. I've found it easiest to just reboot each
machine to get everything sync'ed.

to set up your session profile to to target. Test.
