Multiple Problems all at Once.

What's your hardware setup like? how old is your computer?

Usually when I start seeing lots of errors like this popping up all at
once, I think of 3 things:
    Filesystem wonky-ness
    failing hard drive
    failing PSU

It could also be a faulty MB, or any number of other things though...
