Saving Xsession for the Love of 'keycode 66 = Caps_Lock'

Specifically for xmodmap options, you can use a file called '.Xmodmap' 
in your home directory. IIRC, you are promted on the next startup if you 
want to load the file.

The contents of this file would be just the keycode line, not the full 
xmodmap call.
