Sorry to interrupt you all...

On launchpad is a group called ubuntu-server. It has a mailinglist and an
IRC channel. There you can discuss all the "big" topics around Ubuntu
GNU/Linux. And yes you get answer because a lot of the Ubuntu server team
are members of this group. The mailinglist is a low volume list and
sometimes very interesting.

I think there is no need for a new "professional" forum because it is
already there...
