702.2KB? I suppose you mean MB instead. Probably you are a victim of the 
conflicting definitions of "MB". Actually a 700 MB CD can store 700 MiB 
which is about 730 MB [1]. If you try to burn the downloaded file, your 
burning program shouldn't complain about a too big file. But be sure to 
burn it as an ISO file [2].
