Well I have torrents installed but they are turned off right now.

After further investigation (and removing about half a dozen packages)
I think I have found the pest.

Pulseaudio server Multicast was enabled. So it was shouting all sounds
by my sourcard constantly into the network. But there was nobody
connected / listening to that that's why netstat did not show anything
up.

And I've found that out by installin papref package and running the
pulseaudio applet while trying to make skype work again.
