It isn't a problem when a security program asks for a password; it
isn't a fix when you then supply the requested password.

Was it a problem for you when the installation program asked you for a
password before installing?  Was your supplied password a fix?

It amounts to the same thing. A misunderstanding doesn't mean there is a
problem nor does a correct response represent a fix.
