Missing OpenOffice Toolbar Icons

The recent upgrade to openoffice 3.1.1 on KDE 4.3.1 killed the icons on OO toolbars leaving text-only buttons. I recall this happening a few OO iterations ago and the solution was to remove an OO package involved in integrating with the KDE desktop, but I don't recall which package. 

Does anyone know if there is a similar solution to the current problem. What package should be removed (or installed)?
