I know of quite a few and I wouldn't use any hosting site that
*doesn't* alloqw ssh access, it makes things *so* much easier.
At present I use Gradwell (www.gradwell.com) as I have for several
years now.

... on the other hand I quite agree on that front, I use FTP
occasionally for stuff where the content is non-confidential (which is
just about everything on my web sites etc.).
