Yep. Right up to when they hack one of *your* customers' websites. Right
about then you realise three things in quick succession:

- you were publicly warned of the risk
- your butt is about to get sued off
- the Ubuntu mailing list is archived

OK - that's pretty much the worst case :-)

But seriously - with programs around that make scp and sftp as simple as
ftp, even as simples as drag and drop, why use ftp? In fact, with Linux
you can mount any remote filesystem that you have ssh access to.
