Just got one today, saying it was a duplicate.  Did read them.
Seems it is related to update manager tray icon. Update manager
has been acting up of late in the same time frame. Perhaps, it's really kde notifier instead of update manager.  It seems that many people have had this issue.  Needs fixing.
