Update Manager, uncheck all?

Is there a way to uncheck all items in Update Manager?  I'd rather not 
have to manually uncheck each item if I only want to install a a few of 
the updates.

Update Manager *really* needs "Uncheck All", "Check All", and "Toggle 
All".  While Toggle and only one of either "Uncheck" and "Check" would 
be sufficient, I recommend all three for those users that don't grok 
logic...
