I were able to enable SHMConfig by following this url

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SynapticsTouchpad

And now my synclient -l shows this setup http://pastebin.com/f4325680

But my touchpad tap still not working

When I run synclient -m 100 and tap the touchopad with two fingers I get
this, so laptop does recognize
the tap, but seems not know what to do with it

    time x y z f w l r u d m multi gl gm gr gdx gdy
   0.000 1 5855 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 00000000 0 0 0 0 0
  12.921 2342 3054 55 1 7 0 0 0 0 0 00000000 0 0 0 0 0
  13.021 1 5855 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 00000000 0 0 0 0 0
  15.727 4069 2699 58 1 4 0 0 0 0 0 00000000 0 0 0 0 0
  15.827 1 5855 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 00000000 0 0 0 0 0

That is the result of two taps. Each tap generates two rows of outputs
