Hmm - with the system running I think you will need to grovel through 
dmesg output, which may list what raid adapters are activated - also you 
will see any stuff dmraid has done to setup any firmware raid too.

In addition try

$ lscpi -vvv

which may find your hardware raid card make and model. You will then 
need to run whatever client tools are appropriate for the card (e.g 3dm2 
for 3ware).
