That will get you a prompt for the router. Check your router manual for
the default router password - I think it is 'admin'. Note: you should
change it once you are in the router - read your manual. Now you can
follow the instructions above from the URL.
  Whether those instructions are correct I don't know (I do not have
that router). Just be aware that if you change the security settings &
password in the router, you will need to also make changes in your
Windows network client as well.

I _think_ your best bet would be to find a friend close-by that
understands wireless router setups to come & assist.
