9.10 is a black eye for Ubuntu - suggestion for the future

I've never had a Dell with Ubuntu pre-installed, but my impression from the 
posts I've seen is that Dell has been much more serious about Ubuntu on the 
Minis than it was with it's first attempt on the full-size laptops.
