upgrade to ubuntu9.10 fail

Synaptic: "The DEB program package 'ubuntu-minimal' depends on all of
the packages in the Ubuntu minimal system. It is also used to help
ensure proper upgrades, so it is recommended that it not be removed."
Make sure that your ubuntu-minimal is installed. Then try again.
