PXE booting 9.04 live CD

Well my original thought was to use the debian live scripts + squashfs
delivered via HTTP. GPXE is a far better way of getting the initrd and the
kernel in (since it supports http) rather than tftp.

I will checkout the netboot from the alternate ISO to see if I can get a
base. I think my real problem so far has been mounting root. I am not quite
sure what the best way and how to go about it is.
