mysql with 2 network interfaces

Hi all!

I have a configuration problem on my mysql-server.

I use mysql-server 5.0.75-0ubuntu10 on ubuntu 9.04.

It's works fine with one network interface.

But now i need to configure this:
eth0: ip=192.168.10.3 subnet=255.255.0.0
eth1: ip=192.168.1.200 subnet=255.255.255.0

What i have to change in my mysql config files?
