how to get upgraded flash player to work in Firefox?

I have the following repos enabled...
ubuntu-jaunty - main, restricted, universe, multiverse
medibuntu-jaunty - free, non-free
google-testing - non-free
google-stable - non-free (probably redundant)
I have flashplugin-nonfree installed and my about:plugins shows
"Shockwave Flash 10.0 r22"
