iptables shows:
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
And the documentation I read,

20Traffic%20on%20Specific%20Ports, allows all traffic by default.
