It's _far_ from that simple.  Intel says it's not a problem with the driver.  
KDE seems to think it's QT, but users updating QT aren't reporting much 
success.  Feel free to downgrade your intel driver - I'd be surprised if it 
helped (but I'd do it myself if it did).
