You have internet access now. Go to:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/simple-ccsm
Click on 'all' underneath 'Download simple-ccsm', and download the .deb
file from one of the mirrors. The file will be:
simple-ccsm_0.8.2-0ubuntu1_all.deb
>From Nautilus (Places|Home) navigate to where you downloaded the .deb
file and double-click it & follow the prompts to install. When finished,
you will find the program in System|Preferences|CompizConfig Settings
Mangager (google it). From there you will find the settings for cube,
rotate etc. I also recommend that you google/yahoo/whatever on:

<http://www.google.com/search?complete=0&hl=en&q=packages.ubuntu&btnG=Search>
<http://www.google.com/search?complete=0&hl=en&q=ubuntu+%2Bcompiz&btnG=Search>

And spend some time reviewing:
https://help.ubuntu.com/
https://help.ubuntu.com/community
The search boxes use Google search, so the format is the same - meaning
you can search with quotes etc. Example: "compiz manager" or compiz
+manager.
