Conduit may work for you

last time i tried i hit bugs like it not working if files had a '#' in their name, but this is apparently fixed now ( http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=523181 ). also the UI for resolving clashes (eg if you edit the file in each folder and then sync) is a bit awkward. it may be better now. it might be worth finding the PPA with the latest version.
