VPN/PPTP Gui client to MS VPN

I cannot comment on Kvpnc since, as I mentioned earlier, I have not used it.

But I am using NetworkManager on a regular basis.
In fact, I have two profiles, one which uses PPTP and the other uses Ipsec
vpnc.
And both are working flawlessly.

I am able to edit the settings of both these profiles as well.

The only hurdle I had faced when I started was the Keyring Manager
interfering with my passwords.... but that is unrelated to NetworkManager.
Which version are you using  ?
Try the NetworkManager 0.7 onwards.
