Right.  _many_ services use sudo, and thus "sudoers", and if you removed the 
sudoers file you'd need to create a new /usr/bin/sudo wrapper to translate 
"sudo" commands into valid "su" commands.  A lot of work for a principle 
probably better served by choosing another distro :-)
