Seamonkey rocks.
It is, more or less, like a continuation of the former Mozilla suite,
including browser, mail, irc, composer all integrated.
I moved to FF for a year, then came back to seamonkey.
In my experience, it's actually faster than FF.

Of course, there's also Konqueror, which is a decent browser.
(Somebody else already mentioned epiphany and opera).
