How install magicjack interface in ubuntu 9.04

Why not use synaptic?  Virtual box is available there.  So far in my short
time with Ubuntu, I've found very few programs that aren't available from
Synaptic.  Since I'm a noob, I'm afraid I'm missing something by using the
GUI interface in cases like this.

Enlightenment?
