connect to wired network, if not then wireless

Not sure how to do it in Network Manager, however you might want to try
wicd:
http://wicd.sourceforge.net/download.php

$ apt-get install wicd

You can set the wired as default & if it is connected it will connect
first. If not connected then it goes on to the next wireless that is set
to 'Automatically connect to this network'. If I unplug my wired, then
it automatically fires up the wireless and connects.
