Are you saying that the Grub boot loader still shows after removing
Wubi? That's the screen where it asks is you want to boot Windows or
Ubuntu. If it is, and this is for a Windows XP or older, you can fix
that very easy. Just insert your Windows installation CD and boot your
PC. When it asks if you want to install or repair Windows, choose the
repair option and go into the recovery console. Next it's going to ask
which install of Windows you want to fix. If you only have one
partition with Windows on it, the press 1 and hit enter. Next it asks
for the Administrator password, normally it's blank unless you've set
one, so just press enter. Next type FIXBOOT and press enter, then type
FIXMBR and press enter. Each one of these are going to ask you to
confirm that you really want to do this, so just hit y then enter for
each. Then type exit and remove the cd.

If this is for a pc running Vista, then go to support.microsoft.com and
search for restoring the mbr there as it's different from the older
versions of Windows.
