The only thing that I remember from your mail is that you need a groupware
solution for Linux, something like Exchange, and you need BlackBerry
integration.

I suggest that you take a look at Zimbra: http://www.zimbra.com
Googling for Zimbra+BlackBerry learned me that a BlackBerry connector for
Zimbra exists.
