why do you poke Godwin's law (once again) here ?
indeed such a team shouldn't play net police or something, first of all
they should take people by the hand and help them understand the rules.
its a matter how and with which effort you actually treat misbehaving
users, if you fear it could turn into a net police, feel free to apply
as a team member and give others a good example how to do it right
without a "net police" attitude ...
try to see it more as a council you can take your problems to, not a
dictatorship that immediately bans people that once in a while top post
from the list ;)
