It's really great and many people wrote that it's help, but I don't have 
any effect.
Also I tried many options for mplayer.
For example :

booch at alexlinux:~$ mplayer -ao alsa -lavdopts 
threads=2:fast:skiploopfilter=all ~/torrents/disovery.mkv

This is good command, if do like this, you don't have problems with your 
video but you have
problems with audio, it's desynchronization audio.

Continue investigation...
