how to connect through VPN in jaunty

I am having problem connecting to vpn in jaunty, actually I don't have any
problem connecting through vpn using hardy and intrepid. this error only
happens in jaunty. I have post my problem in ubuntuforums.org but till now
no one has give me any response. I hope you all can help me so I can connect
to vpn using jaunty.
