Intel docs say Atom does support 64-bit.

I have an earlier version of your board (945GCLF vs GCLF2) with single
core Atom 230 rather than dual core 330 and only 10/100 ethernet.
Testing on it, 9.04 beta 64-bit crashed repeatedly during install, but
32-bit was fine. I haven't had time to test with released version.
