Flash Video Performance

I decided to start a new thread for this question.

Flash Video on Ubuntu 9.04 is very much improved over older versions
but not by very much. Sometimes the video still freezes up for a
moment and stutters but not as often. I'm wondering if there are any
tweaks for Ubuntu or Firefox I can do to improve Flash Video
performance a bit more. Please give me suggestions.

Here's my system specs: (this is a custom built machine)
