As James mentioned; enable the Debian menu:

sudo apt-get install menu menu-xdg
sudo update-menus

Right click on Applications and choose “Edit Menus” Tick Debian so that
the menu will appear when you use the menu normally. You will then find:
Applications|Debian|Applications|Amateur Radio
