no he is running windows and i do not know him pc ip address i just
trace her ip using trace software but i got only DSL ip then how can i
access

If you have his DSL IP address (I guess you are talking about his
router's IP?), you should ask him to redirect its router port to the
PC you want to take control of. Then, amongst other solutions people
gave you on this list, you can ask him to run a VNC server and connect
to his PC using a VNC viewer (www.tightvnc.com).
