System ScreenSaver Mode frequently

Hello,

I have been Ubuntu for quite some time, and lately, my computer behaving
strangely. Even when I am typing it, the system
comes into screen save mode, and gets locked and I need to type password
every 30 seconds.

Can someone suggest what should I do ?
