Simple application to print part of an image - suggestions?

I disagree.  IM can do what he wants with or without a GUI.

Convert is /not/ the only way IM can do this.

Which ImageMagick's display command can do easily.  I just gave the full
steps in another email.

People, don't knock things before you've tried them.
